Birthday gift for Gis

Gah, is this possible? I not only finished a birthday gift IN TIME, but I also made a pretty decent chibi! It's a miracle *-*

Ahahaha, anyway, Happy Birthday to you, !! I really really wanted to make her a good brithday present, because last year she made me one that looked awesome, and we kinda knew each other for only one month and so :3 Then, since I was busy with several works for college, I thought of making something simple but nice; So I had the idea to make a Chibi Gis! *-* The problem is that I always sucked at drawing chibis... >_<' But fortunatly I managed to make a good one XDD

Sooo, it's a cute chibi Gis looking very happy, as usual ^-^ I made a random outfit for her, since she has so many of them... And I made a colorful background, that reminds a party!! X3 Although I think I'm kinda blind now... Too many bright colors 8D
